My name is Daniella Michelle Ospina, or "Michi", and I’m a Miami-based 2D animator. Having completed my BFA in 2D Animation at SCAD.

I love animation as a way of telling stories that can't be told through traditional filmmaking because growing up with animation helped me be more creative and free. I want to be able to inspire others like I was.

 

Outside of drawing, I spend my free time outdoors, exploring nature and observing the world around me, also studying different cultures from around the world. Having been inspired by the cultures of my countries, Peru and Colombia, I am always willing to learn more and use what I've learned in my art.
